Public Notice Brothers Leagues Club Innisfail: Proposed Land Acquisition Ernest Street, Innisfail - Lot 97 on SP146761

Council wishes to advise that Brothers Leagues Club Innisfail has proposed to purchase a small portion (approximately 1,000m2) of Lot 97 on SP146761, in accordance with the Land Act 1994.
Should the proposal be accepted, the existing property boundaries of Lot 97 on SP146761 will be amended to allow for part of Lot 97 on SP146761 to be included into (form part of) existing Lot 1 on SP146761.

This land acquisition proposal is necessary to facilitate proposed upgrades to / the expansion of Brothers Leagues Club, Innisfail.
