Partnering with Council gives suppliers and contractors access to diverse projects, offering opportunities to support regional growth and expand their business. Collaborating with Council not only provides a platform for business growth but also fosters lasting relationships and networks within the community. To partner with Council, suppliers and contractors can register with VendorPanel. 

  • VendorPanel is a secure e-tendering platform that helps organisations connect with suppliers and manage sourcing in a simple, compliant way.  

    • Current and past opportunities can be viewed on Vendor Panel 
    • Register with VendorPanel to submit a response to a tender or quote opportunity

  • This Code tells contractors what Council expects from them when they work together. The code is for anyone supplying goods, services, trades, or advice to Council. This starts when you first get involved, including when you send in tenders or quotes. The Code of Conduct for Contractors works with: 

    • Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services 
    • Council’s Procurement Process Conditions 
    • And any other contract entered into with Council. 

    • The Terms and Conditions are used in engagement with a supplier through our purchase orders
    • The Terms and Conditions will not apply where Council has a written contract with other terms and conditions to the supplier 

  • The Annual Forward Procurement Plan lists the upcoming projects and purchases.  

    • This document is reviewed about every 6 months and can change at any time 
    • Listed projects may be changed, cancelled or internally completed with Council resources
