ANNUAL 2024/2025 FORWARD PROCUREMENT PLAN
The Cassowary Coast Regional Council's Annual 24/25 Forward Procurement Plan outlines the contracts and arrangements for which significant procurement activities are anticipated over the next 6 to 12 months, and beyond.
This document is updated approximately every 6 months and is subject to modification at any time. The Council does not guarantee the continuation of any listed procurement activities and reserves the right to modify or cancel any listed services, projects, or procurement activities as needed. Additionally, individual procurement activities may be combined or adjusted based on their similarities or proximity. The Council may also choose to utilise internal resources for some projects. For detailed information on our procurement practices, please refer to the Council's Procurement Policy.

Code of Conduct for Contractors
This Contractor Code of Conduct sets out the behaviour standards and expectations for contractors working with Council.
While contractors aren’t Council employees, this Code still applies to everyone providing goods, services, trades or consultancy to Council, starting from the very beginning of the engagement process, to those who submit tenders and quotes.
The Code complements Council’s Procurement Process Conditions, as well as the Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services, or any other contract entered into with Council.
The aim of the code is to promote best practices by clearly outlining what we expect, informed by the principles of the Public Sector Ethics Act 1994
Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Purchases of Goods and Services
These are Council’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services.
Council may incorporate these Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services into a contract with a supplier.
However, the Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services will not apply to any engagement for which Council has provided a written contract incorporating alternative terms and conditions to the supplier.
