NOTICE OF WATER MAIN WORKS - CHARLES STREET INTERSECTION

Cassowary Coast Regional Council wishes to advise Council’s Contractors will be upgrading the nominated water mains at the Charles Street Intersection of the Bruce Highway Innisfail between Tuesday 23 January – Thursday 29 February 2024.

Council will endeavour to minimise possible temporary impacts with:

  • Temporary impacts to traffic with road closures & detours
  •  Access to kerbside parking;
  • Construction noise;
  • Disruption to driveway access;
  • Loss of water supply; and

For the safety of workers and road users, changed traffic conditions will be in place while the works are carried out. Council thanks the community for their patience and cooperation during these important works.
