Public Notice: Hull Heads Pontoon Closure

Council wishes to advise the community of the removal of the Hull Head Pontoon. During Cyclone Jasper, the pontoon received a high amount of structural damage and was removed for the safety of the community.

Upon investigations, the condition of the infrastructure has been deemed unsafe due to the structural integrity being compromised during the weather event.

Council is currently seeking funding to repair or replace the damaged infrastructure in the coming months, weather, and resources permitted.
