Community Notice: Saltwater Creek Vegetation Removal

Cassowary Coast Regional Council wishes to advise vegetation removal works at Saltwater Creek, Innisfail will be commencing Monday 9 September 2024.
The objective of this project is to redirect water from Warrina Lakes and nearby cane fields during heavy rain events to prevent flooding while the Calendar Park drainage project is underway.

Dates: Monday 9 September to Wednesday 11 September 2024
Duration of work: 2-3 Days
