11.45am - Work is in progress on a 150 mm broken water main on Owen Street, Innisfail.
The main has not yet been shutdown to undertake repairs due to the location been in the Innisfail CBD, so water is continuing to leak onto the road.
Council plumbers will be on site early on Saturday morning to repair the main. Work is expected to start around 6 am.
The water will be shut down for approximately (2) two hours, there will be approximately 9 properties that may experience loss of water.
