Community Information Session for Tully Walking Network Plan

Council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) are developing a draft Walking Network Plan for the Tully area to encourage walking as a more desirable option and identify future walking and riding infrastructure opportunities.

With the online consultation period now closed, Council invites interested community members to attend an information session on Thursday 27 April 2023 from 5:00pm at the Function Room on level three in the Tully Grandstand.

The information session will provide -

  • A summary of the Walking Network Plan development process and findings to date
  • A summary of the feedback that has been obtained through the community survey
  • An opportunity to provide additional input that will help improve the walking network

The feedback provided during this session and from the Your Say consultation will continue to inform the development of the Draft Walking Network Plan for Tully.
