Temporary Changes To Access At Boustead Park And Taifalos Park From 12/10/2023

Kurrimine Beach residents and visitors are advised that the there will be a temporary closure of the Dog Off Leash Area (DOLA) at Boustead Park, effective from Thursday 12 October 2023 (tomorrow), and will reopen on Monday, 23 October 2023.

Mandubarra Aboriginal Land and Sea will be hosting large private event at the Progress Hall, Boustead Park, and Taifalos Park, Kurrimine Beach from Monday 16 October to Friday 20 October 2023.  As a result, these areas will have high traffic and other temporary access impacts during this period and residents and visitors should consider exploring other nearby parks across our region.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our residents, their families and their four legged friends and we encourage you to explore alternative DOLAs available within our region. You can find a list of these areas by visiting yoursay.cassowarycoast.qld.gov.au/dog-off-leash.
