Have Your Say On Proposed Local Law Amendments

Council has commenced consultation on proposed amendments to its Subordinate Local Laws as part of an annual review process.

The proposed amendments involve dog off-leash areas and animal management subordinate laws, as well as Local Government Controlled Areas and Roads.

A copy of the proposed amendments are available at Council’s Customer Service Centres and on Council’s Your Say website yoursay.cassowarycoast.qld.gov.au/local-law-amendments.

Written submissions can be made in person at Council’s Customer Service Centres by 4:00pm Friday 22 December 2023 (prior to Christmas closure) at the following locations:

  • Innisfail Shire Hall
  • Cardwell Library
  • Tully Civic Centre

Digital submissions are being received by Council until 4:00pm, 31 December 2023 via email enquiries@ccrc.qld.gov.au or Council’s Your Say website www.yoursay.cassowarycoast.qld.gov.au/local-law-amendments.
