Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 2009 the Cassowary Coast Regional Council (the “Council”) has, by resolution dated the 28th of July 2022, made—

  1. each of the local laws identified below;
  2. each of the subordinate local laws identified below; and

by the same resolution dated 28th of July 2022, repealed -

  1. each of the Repealed local laws identified below.
