Overarching Project - Cardwell Mountain Bike
The Cardwell Tropical Mountain Bike Trail Project aims to establish Cardwell as a premier "Ride Destination" with community support and funding from both the Queensland Government and the Commonwealth of Australia. The project includes a new Pump Track built by World Trail, featuring amenities like a carpark, upgraded bathrooms, bike wash, and signage. This initiative seeks to create a world-class mountain bike trail network that will boost tourism and provide significant economic benefits to the region.
