Request for Quote: Caretaker and Management Services - Kurrimine Beach Caravan Park and Campground

Cassowary Coast Regional Council is requesting quotations for Caretaker / Management Services at the Kurrimine Beach Caravan Park. The proposed term is from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2026 with potential to extend thereafter. The landscaped park comprises of a total of 25 powered sites, Office/Caretaker site, self-contained unpowered overflow sites, amenities blocl and coin operated laundry. 

The successful candidate will be representing CCRC, as such, must act in accordance with CCRC organisational values and code of conduct. 

Applicants must complete and respond to the Price Schedule, Selection crieria, and Compliance Criteria to be considered.

The format of submissions must be in microsoft word or ADOBE PDF. Please ensure files are clearly named with RFQ and a brief description of the document.
