Cassowary Coast Regional Council Planned System Upgrade

Cassowary Coast Regional Council will be conducting an upgrade of its IT system from Wednesday, 5:00 PM on 4 December to Thursday, 5:00pm 5 December, during which there will be a system upgrade. Several public-facing services will be affected as follows:

 

  • Self-service facilities on the Council website will be temporarily unavailable. This includes the my council home page, online applications, forms, and access to some council services.
  • Payments via the Council website & at council office locations will not be possible while the upgrade is in progress.
  • Customer service will continue to operate. We encourage you to plan ahead and be patient, as response times may be slower than usual.

 

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our systems to better serve the community. Normal services will resume as soon as the upgrade is complete. For urgent matters, please contact us directly on 1300 763 903.
